Monsoon Satchel Pannier

The Monsoon Satchel Pannier is the perfect all season commuting bag. Designed to the same dimensions as the Satchel Pannier with the addition of our bag in a bag water-tight system. The inner roll top bag is fully heat sealed to keep all water and grime out. A super heavy duty truck tarp flap adds further weather and grime protection. HDPE frame sheets support the back and bottom connected by a load strap like on the Metro series. The removable reflective strip can be moved so it is at the rear of the bag (depending on which side it is mounted on). Adjustable top hooks and a bungee suspension make for a solid custom fit to any rack.
